First GWR diesel gala of 2008, viewed from the inside of the buffet cars!? With the odd shot taken lineside whilst on PWay duties, skiving off work and filling the car up with diesel!
Gala punctuated with hot sun (Friday), cold wind with rain, hail & sun (Saturday) and snow&sun (Sunday).

A work week was organised to fit a turnout at CRC to access the second siding. We have had enough of dragging the rail backwards and forwards with the JCB!

A small gang from GW Pway join forces With the SVR Pway Gang to help reinstate trackwork at Sterns after the infamous 2007 flood.

PWay and the Cutting Gang combine forces at Stanton Fields to clear Cotswold bank to enable imminent grading and sleeper laying.
Also some pictures when the area was cleared last time which shows once cleared it should be flailed regularily otherwise we are wasting our time!
